MOIR, Donald Arthur. Sergeant, service number: 22608, enlisted on 10 Jun 1940 at Brisbane in the Royal Australian Air Force, R.A.A.F.
Discharge on: 6 Feb 1946.
Entitled to: War Medal 1939 - 45 and General Service Badge No: 1204 (did not come with this medal).
Moir states in his application that he has done previous service which was 5 years Compulsory Training and discharged by Act of Parlaiment.
Moir was discharged in 1946 to be appointed to the civilian staff in the Aeronautical Inspection Directorate of R.A.A.F. H.Q.
Moir in 1949 applied and served in the Citizen Air Force Reserve.
